I finally took some progress pics.....
My stats for these photos are as follows:
Weight: 131.4 pounds
Body fat: 21%
Water: 57.7%
Lean Body Mass: 98.6 lbs
Physique Rating: 6
BMR: 1405
Metabolic Age: 13
Visceral Fat: 2
If you go back and look at November, which was just 2 months ago, I was 136 pounds and 26% body fat. What a difference 2 months makes!!! And let's remember that I was a complete fat ass at 150 pounds in May of 2009. Funny how this year I'll be going on a pre-contest diet in May!!!
I sound excited but I know I have a long way to go. The things that I think are going really good so far are my arms and shoulders and even my abs. These 3 areas look the best they ever have. It is hard to see from the photos but my arms are super huge and buff. When I start melting off the fat, I think they will be plum scary. But I still think I need a tremendous amount of work on my legs and butt and back. I think I just have too much fat on my back because I am seriously strong when it comes to doing pull ups and rows and lat pull downs. Even one arm rows, I kick ass. But I probably need to push my quads to a whole new level. I think when I do the leg press I kick butt because I press like 160 pounds. But when I squat I am always supersetting with the hack squats and that means I usually just use free weights so I only squat about 40 pounds. This week I am going to try and use the smith machine so I can squat like 70-90 pounds instead and hopefully I'll step up the hack squats to like 80 pounds. What is disappointing is I think the hardest day of the week for me is glutes and hams. That workout kicks my ass. I sweat like a pig and I am so tired afterwards. This week my hams hurt for two days afterwards. And boo, I still look like I don't train them hard enough. :( Guess we'll just have to see what Amy has to say about all of this!!!!

I am so proud of you for doing this! If you look this great now (and you DO) I can't wait to see what happens in the next few months. Good for you for making a goal, working your butt off to get there and sticking to it even when it's hard. Way to go, Misha!
ReplyDeleteThanks Carrie! I am so hard on myself that sometimes I forget how much I have changed in the last year. I focus too much on how much farther I have to go!!!
ReplyDeleteHi Misha! You look stunning and I admire your hard work and dedication. I love watching your progress. Keep updating! Love you!
