I forgot to tell about the rest of day 2. I only talked about Nathan and then skipped to the evening.
After our nutrition 101, we headed back to Gold's Gym. We did a leg workout that was amazing. I can feel it right now. I learned a bunch of new cool moves. Oh and we worked abs. And of course, when we were with Nathan he wanted to punish us extra so he made us do burpies at one of the stations...I LOVE burpies and apparently most people can't do these??? Everyone else thought I was pshyco because I love them and I do them way better than everyone else. The other girls were like, that is so cool that you do them that way! So I guess Malia wasn't the only one that thought I did them like I'm a piece of paper.... Thanks Lia!
After that we went to lunch. Ate the same exact thing as yesterday. It was good, so hey who cares.
Then we had posing practice again. I had an easier time today!!! I was surprised. I have a difficult time posing for back. Guess because I can't see what I'm doing. But I'm getting really good at my quarter turns and I am good at the presentation poses. Need to work on everything else. As expected. One thing that was super cool is we pretended we were in the show. I had to walk like I was on stage, stop and pose, then walk forward to the judges and hit my three main poses. I did pretty good I think. I did my little wave at the end which everyone always makes fun of me for, but it was fun. Then we stood to the side and waited for call outs. We played like we were being called out for comparison and that was pretty fun. Had to pretend we were really in the show and smile big the whole time. Totally fun. I'm telling you again, the posing is really hard and wears you out. Your legs hurt, your back hurts, and your feet most definitely are killing you. You have to walk in 4 inch heels and they are squeezing my feet. Especially since I have the messed up toe that is squeezed into my right shoe. :) Guess most people don't have that problem.
After this I bought some cool gold's gym apparel and we went to the smoothie factory. They all kissed our asses at the smoothie place because I guess they had this talking to at shift change where they were all told that Monica Brant told us to go there and they had to give us discounts...anyway I had the "engineered food" which is basically a protein shake with Lean Body, fruit, and water. I used banana and strawberry. Very good. I also made sure that the Lean Body was low cal...it was 190 calories and I figured out that with the banana and strawberries this is still like a 400 calorie drink so it was a pretty large "snack". Don't worry, I managed to only eat 1790 calories today though. Usually on a Saturday I go crazy with food, so this is not really all that bad!
Anyway, I just forgot to tell about what I did for the rest of the day.
