If you are looking at this, try not to laugh:
Pretty awful. Man, I wish I had saved my actual FAT pictures, because maybe then it wouldn't look so bad. Point is, I have a long way to go. Even though my fat % is totally healthy, that body is not going to even come close to stepping on a competition stage at this point.
But I'm glad I started this blog so that I can remind myself of how far I have to go. Andy says I should still send these to Jenny Lynn to get her opinions, but I am just so disgusted with these that I need to wait until I think I'm at a good weight to really kick it up to the next level. At this rate I have been on I know I can still lose more weight without professional help.
What is really good about these pictures is it shows me what I need to work on. Ok, I know biceps and back is a really week area of mine. I have been working those 2 days a week now. Obviously abs... although what you can't see in the pictures is that I really do have great abs... there is of course some love handles that need to come off and some more fat to show the six pack.. but it is there. Believe me, if you could FEEL the pictures you would see it. And I know this may sound weird but yesterday I saw veins on my stomach. Obviously not popping out yet, but we are getting close. Andy thinks that is so weird that I like that. And lastly, I need to work my abductors more and I've kicked that up to 2 days a week as well.
